Rogerian Argument

Most of us tend to resist change and are threatened by ideas that challenge what we believe. Also, most of us dislike being told what to do and how to think, so even if our brains tell us to agree, our emotions (and egos) tell us to shut down and ignore what we are hearing. A male chauvinist who believes that women are intellectually inferior to men will be unlikely to listen to your argument that women are as intelligent as men.

Nursing in USA

My concern about nursing in USA is that the healthcare organization doesn't really care or pretend to be care, because all those new grad fresh from school and apply for jobs and get turn down because they don't have any work experiences and even they explain on the application that they just pass the board  and that will be they first experience they still not getting the job so that is the reason why so many shortage and also because they will travel over sea in the Caribbean which is very sad to imagine that patients really need those help specially when they have a condition. 

skeptical evidence

I do like the fact that when a colleague review and give you feedback about your document it is very good to know that is an evidence for the teacher because he may  think that no classmate review the document so teacher will found it skeptical. But because the colleague did review it and comment about it that will be evidence.

Evidence

A set of thing helpful in forming a conclusion or judgment let's said the police went to a crime scene and collect a few thing that will sound like they found some evidence at the crime scene, because without it the judge will be skeptical about the crime.

Nursing Shortage world health organization

In most countries in the whole world there is a shortage of nursing it look like an acute as in the developing world. In every country the story is the same they don't have enough nurses, rich or poor because even the developing country cannot compete with a better pay,  better professional development.
The United States expected to have a shortage of 1 million nurses by 2020, the reporter try to argues for the public increasing the production of nurses and improve the workforce management to stimulate retention. Health care is the most solid career industry offer because of the shortage nursing across the world.

this particular infection will affect your immune system ,so the body weaken and develops AIDS.

ILLOGICAL THINKING

My illogical about different group of people we be i have been winning the lottery every week some group of people will think that is illogical that every week i have been a winner but the other group will find it logical because they will think that maybe she is a lucky person and why not.
But you know what nothing these group of people who think that i am illogical no matter what they will said or think won't convence me otherwise.

Peer evaluation for me is like doing the same kind of job with my co-workers in a different kind of way. Because in reality i will do my job more carefully than my co workers.

Logical Fallacies

Logical fallacies is a type of personel attack specially when your write a paper try to found a good argument because the readers will see if your argument are real, remember when a claim is a statement a writer wants the reader to accepted. we don't want to confuse our readers because real things can distract the readers, example a panguin is black and white ,well whish is years ago tv was black and white so these panguins are old black and white.

MY THESIS

How can I found my thesis? First I will see what kind of subject or presentation I have to do and than will start on my research papers on the websites or the right book at the library.
when starting to read or searching I will try to see which information is the most likely to be feat gather exactly the important point of view so my audience will want  or very intense to see or hear more .
